How to Connect

Step 1 – Create an Account

If you haven't already, register a free account on this website. This is the account you'll use to log into the game client.

Step 2 – Download the Client

You need the World of Warcraft 4.3.4 (Cataclysm) client. If you don't have it, visit our Downloads page for links. We strongly recommend downloading our client if you havnt before.

Step 3 – Set the Realmlist

Navigate to your WoW installation folder and open:

Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf  (or enGB, frFR, etc. depending on your client locale)

Replace all contents of the file with this single line:

Save the file. If Windows asks about file permissions, click Yes.

Step 4 – Launch & Log In

Launch Wow.exe (not the Blizzard launcher). At the login screen, enter your account username and password that you registered on this website. Select the realm and enjoy!

Troubleshooting

• Wrong realmlist path? The file is usually in WoW\Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf — check your locale folder name.
• Can't log in? Make sure your username is typed correctly. Passwords are not case-sensitive in the game client.
• No realms showing? Double-check the realmlist file contains exactly: set realmlist wow.fiddy.org
